T-Mobile: Content & SEO Audit
Challenge
T-Mobile’s newsroom was producing a high volume of content, but engagement and visibility varied widely. The team needed clarity on which topics, formats, and approaches resonated most with audiences and performed best in search.
Approach
We conducted a comprehensive content audit, analysing hundreds of newsroom articles using engagement metrics, behavioural data, and SEO performance insights. From this, we identified the content types and themes driving the strongest results and provided tailored recommendations. We then delivered an in-depth training session for over 50 newsroom members to embed these findings into their editorial workflow.
Outcome
By implementing our recommendations, T-Mobile achieved a 32% increase in news visibility, strengthening both search performance and user engagement across their newsroom content.
